Fees


My fee is $100.00 for a 50 minute session, and $130.00 for a substance abuse assessment or mental health evaluation. Sliding scale available to those who qualify.

Payment is expected at the time of service; either cash or credit payment accepted.

Cancellation of an appointment requires at least 24 hours notice, otherwise  you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

    • Advantages of self pay

      • Get started with therapy quickly: Many people find themselves on waiting lists for therapists covered by their insurance, with self pay you can get started right away.

      • Avoid a diagnostic history: Insurance claims (in or out of network) require a psychiatric diagnosis, which will permanently remain in your medical history.

      • Protect your privacy: Once you file a claim, that information is available to all involved in processing your claim.

      • Length of treatment: Often insurance policies dictate the length of treatment, private pay allows you and your therapist to determine the appropriate length of treatment.

        • Focus is on you: Your therapist can  concentrate on your needs and not have your treatment plan dictated by the constraints of your insurance company.

  • Out-of-Network Benefits
    • If your insurance offers Out-of-Network benefits you may be eligible for reimbursement. Contact your insurance company to verify your coverage.
